At Center Theatre Group and under the leadership of Artistic Director Michael Ritchie, we believe theatre creates an extraordinary connection between artists and audiences that only starts on the stage. As one of the nation’s most influential nonprofit theatre companies, we proudly continue our 50-year tradition of using the art of theatre to broaden horizons and illuminate new perspectives.

Our methodology is successful because the "language" of animation is universal. It speaks to all ages and transcends cultural barriers. It is a powerful means of communication. We formed AnimAction in 1989, with a single purpose in mind: to utilize our professional expertise in creating a unique and innovative environment for young people; one where they could experience the spirit of collaboration, develop new skills, and exercise the ability to make their own creative choices.

YMF’s mission is founded on the belief that every student, every person, should have access to the well- documented lifelong benefits that music and media arts education provide. As communities grapple with the profound social-emotional stress of the pandemic, students need the healing, connection, and stronger sense of self so unique to learning and making music more than ever.

UniverSOUL Hip Hop, LLC is a K-12 cultural educational group of international, award-winning artists and educators. We artfully blend the creativity of Hip Hop with the rigor of standards-based pedagogy and practices to provide cutting edge, interdisciplinary dance programs that cultivate lifelong learning, social fellowship, and 21st century success.

SODE School of Performing Arts teaching artists are industry professionals who are passionate instructors, experienced in multiple dance genres, music and performing arts styles. Our goal at SODE School of Performing Arts is to educate, inspire and expose our students to dance, music, language and theater basics in a fun and safe environment.  We believe in encouraging self-expression, creative thinking, and confidence building throughout all of our programs.  SODE School of Performing Arts offers in-school dance programs throughout elementary and middle schools across Los Angeles.

MY OWN STORY is an autobiographical writing/storytelling/performing workshop for youth to creatively explore, write, and perform their own unique autobiographical life stories in the context of monologues, spoken word, and performance/theater. THREE LIVES is a one-man performance/theater show that tells the autobiographical tale of Alex Luu's escape from war-torn Saigon. The show is kinetic/comic/poignant, and addresses themes such as identity, assimilation, racism, and the multi-layers of the American Dream.

Since its founding in 1991, P.S. ARTS' purpose has been to ensure high-quality, sustainable arts education for children in under-resourced public schools. Our programs are designed and continuously revised to be in alignment with the needs of the communities we serve, contributing to children's wellbeing and elevating their future school and career prospects. P.S. ARTS was created in response to significant education budget cuts in the 1970s and 1980s that resulted in the near elimination of arts programs in California public schools. Now in its 25th anniversary year, P.S.

MKM BollyStars is a dynamic dance company that prides itself for its high quality performers, rich dance heritage, & authenticity of dance styles. Energetic, graceful, and passionate, the company comprises of versatile industry dancers straight out of Hollywood. A rich dance heritage, a visionary artistic director, and a cultural and creatively diverse team, provide the backbone for what transpires to be truly memorable and statement driven work. MKM Bollystars is the only company in Los Angeles that professionally covers the span of Indian dance from Classical to Bollywood.

In just less than three decades of existence, LA Opera has become, under the leadership of Eli and Edythe Broad General Director Plácido Domingo, the United States' fourth largest opera company and "...stands out as a newly important force in American Opera." (Mark Swed, Los Angeles Times). LA Opera created a sensation with its inaugural production of Verdi's Otello starring Plácido Domingo in 1986.

Each year we serve 20,000-27,000 youth ages 5-18. This year we have also renewed our family classic The Patchwork Girl of Oz, touring to NC, also sponsored locally by the Children's Literature Department of the LA Central Library. We also produce the annual San Pedro Festival of the Arts, which presents 20-24 professional dance companies. Thousands of sponsors include LA County Museum of Art, Mark Taper Auditorium, and Kidspace; we tour locally for the LA and SB County School Districts, expanding to 22 states, MX and Taipei.
